ABOUT OUR ROSES
Hey you! Yes you.. I’m Rosie and I’m here to remind you about a particular day that’s just round the corner. If you forget for a third year in a row there’s going to be big trouble.
As you can see from my picture I come in two beautiful shades. Each one of my colours represents something special. Red is for love and pink is for beauty. Don't let the romantic stuff put you off, this is the year that we could all do with a little bit of extra love. Send me as a surprise to your best friend, grandma or neighbour. I promise to make their day and put a smile on their face.
One of the best things about me (if I do say so myself) is I’m much more sustainable and will last much longer as I’m potted in soil full of nutrients that I can live in for many years to come. In the summer you can place me outside in a partially shady spot and watch my spectacular flowers bloom. I love the sunshine but make sure I don’t get too much direct harsh light as this will dry out my pretty petals.
It doesn’t matter if you pick my vibrant red or cheerful pink, I’ll be happy to bring some joy and happiness to your loved ones.
Small Height (including nursery pot) 30cm; pot diameter 14cm. DECORATIVE POT INCLUDED!
DID YOU KNOW?
The most expensive rose was sold for over $1 million. (We need to seriously raise our prices!!)
Rosie will continue to bloom year after year because of her sustainable potting mix.
QUICK ROSE BUSH CARE
Rosie likes moist soil, bright light and higher levels of humidity.
I like bright light but keep me away from any bright windows in the summertime.
I like moist soil so water me once the top layer of soil feels dry.
I prefer higher levels of humidity but can tolerate normal household humidity.
Only fertilise me in the summer months with a diluted fertiliser.

THINGS WE ALWAYS GET ASKED
How do you care for roses?
Caring for your new roses is easy. They prefer warmer temperatures and a bright sunny room. You might notice the flowers start to wilt if they receive too much bright direct sunlight. Keep your flowers at least a metre away from any bright south facing window. When watering your roses avoid getting water on the flowers as this could cause the flower to rot and wilt.
Where should I place my roses?
The best place for your roses is in a sunny living room where they can receive lots of filtered light from blinds or shutters. They’re also perfect for any hallway, entrance hall or landing where they can receive partial sunlight throughout the day.
How often should you water my roses?
Watering your roses will be more frequent in the summer than the winter. In the summer make sure the first inch of the soil is dry and then water thoroughly until water drips out the drainage holes. In the winter the soil will dry out less often.
PLANT STYLING TIPS
The best way to style your roses is by placing them as a centerpiece or focal point in your home. This might be on a table in the entrance way or on a coffee table in the living room or perhaps on the dining room table as a beautiful centerpiece to enjoy while eating dinner.
